New US Antarctic Interviews - Matthew Lazzara and Dave Mikolajczyk

US-SCAR is happy to announce the next installment of our US Antarctic Interview Series. This feature of our website provides the opportunity for us to highlight a pair of researchers involved in the US Antarctic Program - someone with an established career along with an early career collaborator. The newest interviews are with Matthew Lazzara and Dave Mikolajczyk who work at the Antarctic Meteorological Research and Data Center (AMRDC) at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Matthew Lazzara is a Senior Scientist at the AMRDC, and faculty member at the Madison Area Technical College. Matthew is a meteorologist whose research focuses on observing the weather and climate of Antarctica. Dave Mikolajczyk is a researcher at the AMRDC. Along with conducting research on the surface meteorology of Antarctica, Dave works on maintaining the Antarctic Automatic Weather Station network and ensuring that high-quality data is accessible to everyone.

The interviews were conducted and written by US-SCAR fellow, Isabel Dove. We would also like to acknowledge our webmaster, Joe Souney (University of New Hampshire), for making the interviews available online.

Hope you will enjoy reading about these two very interesting US Antarctic scientists, and we look forward to adding more interviews in the future.
