Research Interests
Justin is interested in ice-ocean interactions and sub-ice ecosystems. His field work has involved the deployment of underwater vehicles below sea ice and ice shelves to understand melting and freezing processes, as well as sampling for mapping the distribution and composition of microbial communities under ice.
