Polar Impact, a network for racial and ethnic minorities in polar research, are thrilled to announce applications for the inaugural Mentorship Initiative are now open!
This year-long program will be open to ten mentees who identify as racial or ethnic minorities in polar research and engage with the polar regions through academic research. The program offers opportunities for mentees to develop skills and build relationships through both peer-to-peer and one-to-one mentoring.
Applications close on May 20, 2022, and programming will begin in August 2022. Please share widely!
