The new Fiscal Year 2020 solicitation for the Navigating the New Arctic (NNA) NSF Big Idea has been released and can be found here: NSF 20-514. The full proposal deadline date is: February 11, 2020.

Working group members are happy to speak with prospective PIs by phone or video chat. We’ve found it most effective if a prospective PI emails to NNA@nsf.gov a 1-2 page summary of the project they have in mind, so we can arrange to have the working group member with the most relevant expertise talk with the PI.
