Dr. Michelle Salzano is a geospace physicist who currently specializes in researching Ultra Low Frequency (ULF) waves and substorm onset from polar regions. She has been heavily involved in search coil/induction magnetometer research, including participating in every stage of building and testing magnetometers currently deployed in deep field Antarctica.
