Research Interests
Jay Johnson is a mechanical engineer and project manager with IDP. As part of the IDP team, he works closely with U.S. science community to develop new ice drilling equipment, maintain and upgrade existing equipment and manage a number of IDP’s projects. Jay also has extensive experience planning and leading ice drilling projects in the Polar Regions.
