Allyson Kristan is a marine biologist with a focus on Antarctic penguins, paleoecology and stable isotopes. Her academic research locations include the Ross Sea, the Antarctic Peninsula, and South Georgia Island. She is currently a Knauss Fellow in the NSF Office of Polar Programs.
