A new National Academies report shares recommendations to guide the future of research in the Southern Ocean and nearshore Antarctic. Join us on October 20 from 12pm to 1pm ET for a release webinar summarizing key conclusions and takeaways from this report.
This study identifies the highest-priority science drivers for Southern Ocean and nearshore Antarctic research and determine the capabilities that are essential to support these science drivers. The report also provides recommendations and conclusions to address any gaps between the science drivers and the portfolio of capabilities.
During this report release webinar, members of the committee will discuss key findings from the report and take questions from the audience. The full report will be available for free download from the National Academies press at 11am EDT on October 20.
